Renchen's main custom products include mid-to-high-end bathroom vanity sets, thick glass lampshades, humidifier covers, glass accessories for machinery, mid-to-high-end vases, and mid-to-high-end tableware. The company employs five manufacturing processes: compression molding, compression molding + air blowing, air blowing, centrifugal molding, and blown glass. Surface treatments for glass products include clear clear, various colored cloud patterns, custom spray painting (baked varnish), sandblasting, frosting, ice flower patterns, decals, and electroplating.
For the past 18 years, 100% of Renchen's mid-to-high-end bathroom vanity sets have been exported to the US and European markets, primarily sourced by major US supermarkets (such as Walmart, Costco, Target, Albertsons, and HEB), Carrefour and Auchan in France, REWE, EDEKA, and Audi in Germany, Tesco in the UK, and Mercadona in Spain.
Renchen's customization of mid-to-high-end thick glass lampshades is primarily based on customer design drawings. These drawings undergo a comprehensive evaluation before mold customization to ensure the product structure fully meets production requirements before quoting and mold making.
