Q1: Is your glass bathroom set lead-free? Can you supply test certificates?
A: All our glass bathroom accessories are manufactured from lead-free soda-lime glass. Official material test reports can be provided upon your request to satisfy US and EU import regulations.
Q2: What glass material do you use for bathroom accessories? Soda lime glass?
A: We adopt premium soda-lime glass as standard material, which is durable and suitable for bathroom daily usage. Special glass material can be discussed for customized projects.
Q3: What surface finishes are available for glass bathroom sets? Clear, frosted, amber, smoke, gradient, embossed?
A: Multiple finishes are optional: clear transparent, frosted, amber, smoked tint, gradient color, embossed carving and acid etching. Custom surface treatment is acceptable.
Q4: Can you control glass thickness for bathroom bottles, trays & jars?
A: Yes. We can adjust glass wall thickness ranging from 3mm to 10mm for bottles, storage jars and vanity trays based on your requirements.
Q5: Is the glass resistant to bathroom humidity, soap and detergent corrosion?
A: Our glass material resists daily bathroom humidity and common detergent erosion. Regular wiping can maintain a long-lasting perfect appearance.
Q6: Are metal pump lids / trays rust-proof for wet bathroom environment?
A: Our matched metal fittings adopt anti-rust surface treatment. Matte black, brushed gold, chrome and brushed nickel hardware can effectively prevent oxidation in humid bathroom conditions.
Q7: Can you avoid color difference between batches of tinted glass sets?
A: We keep confirmed color samples as production standards. Strict raw material inspection helps minimize batch color deviation. Slight natural color variance of tinted glass will be confirmed in advance.
Q8: Can we customize size, shape and color based on our design drawings?
A: Yes, we support full OEM & ODM service. You may send design drawings, reference samples or concept drafts for new item development.
Q9: Can you match Pantone / RAL color numbers for tinted glass?
A: We can match colors according to Pantone or RAL references. Pre-production color samples will be made for confirmation before mass production due to natural characteristics of glass.
Q10: Can we laser engrave or sandblast our brand logo on glass products?
A: Available branding solutions include laser engraving, sandblasted logo and water transfer decal on glass surface.
