A: Yes, we support full OEM & ODM service. You may send design drawings, reference samples or concept drafts for new item development.
Q9: Can you match Pantone / RAL color numbers for tinted glass?
A: We can match colors according to Pantone or RAL references. Pre-production color samples will be made for confirmation before mass production due to natural characteristics of glass.
Q10: Can we laser engrave or sandblast our brand logo on glass products?
A: Available branding solutions include laser engraving, sandblasted logo and water transfer decal on glass surface.
Q11: Can you customize the metal fittings color (gold, matte black, chrome, brushed nickel)?
A: We provide various hardware color options: brushed gold, matte black, polished chrome, brushed nickel and more.
Q12: Can you develop new private moulds for exclusive designs? What is the mould cost?
A: We can open private moulds for exclusive styles. Mould charges depend on shape and complexity. We will issue an official quotation after confirming your design files.
Q13: Who owns the moulds after development? Will you sell my exclusive design to other buyers?
A: If customers fully cover mould fees, the moulds belong exclusively to you. We guarantee we will not produce and sell your exclusive designs to other clients.
Q14: Can you combine different items to make customized bathroom sets (4pcs /5pcs /6pcs sets)?
A: Absolutely. You can freely combine lotion dispensers, tumblers, cotton jars and vanity trays to form 4-piece, 5-piece, 6-piece or other matched sets.
