Q9: Can we customize shape, size and color based on our drawings?
A: Absolutely. We accept OEM & ODM customization. You can provide drawings, samples or design drafts for development.
Q10: Can you match Pantone or RAL color number for glass tint?
A: We can color-match according to Pantone/RAL reference. Minor color difference exists for glass products, and we will confirm color samples before mass production.
Q11: Can we engrave our brand logo on glass lampshades?
A: Yes. Laser engraving, sandblasted logo and decal logo are optional solutions.
Q12: Can you customize the top fitter opening size?
A: We support all common fitter sizes: 28mm, 42mm, 57mm, 76mm and other bespoke sizes.
Q13: Who owns the mould after new mould development?
A: If customers pay full mould cost, the moulds belong exclusively to clients, and we will not sell the same design to other buyers.
Q14: Can you develop new private moulds? How much is the mould charge?
A: We develop private moulds for custom designs. Mould cost depends on shape and complexity. We will offer formal quotation after confirming your design.
Q15: Will you sell my exclusive design to other customers?
A: We strictly protect exclusive designs. Once private mould cooperation is confirmed, we promise not to produce and sell your exclusive styles to third-party buyers.
