A: Yes, samples are available for quality and appearance testing.

Q17: Is the sample fee refundable when placing bulk orders?

A: The sample cost can be deducted from your first formal bulk order.

Q18: How many days for stock samples and custom pre-production samples?

A: Stock samples: 3–5 working days. Custom pre-production samples: 20–25 working days, depends on design complexity.

Q19: Who bears the sample shipping cost?

A: Customers undertake the international courier freight for samples.

Q20: Can you make pre-production samples for confirmation before mass production?

A: Yes. Mass production will only start after your confirmation of pre-production sample.
