Q26: What AQL standard do you apply for glass defects?

A: We follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects for glass lampshades.

Q27: Will you conduct full inspection or random inspection before shipment?

A: We perform 100% visual inspection for glass lampshades before packing. Random re-inspection will be arranged before loading.

Q28: How do you guarantee color and size consistency batch by batch?

A: We retain confirmed sample standards. All raw materials and semi-finished goods are checked to control batch difference.

Q29: What minor imperfections are acceptable for hand-blown glass shades?

A: Tiny air bubbles and slight texture differences within agreed standard are normal features of hand-blown crafts. We will confirm acceptance criteria with clients in advance.

Q30: Can you accept third-party inspection such as SGS, BV before shipment?

A: Yes, we welcome third-party inspection arranged by buyers.
