Q21: What is your MOQ for in-stock standard items?

A: MOQ for standard stock glass shades is 1000 pcs.

Q22: What’s the MOQ for custom color or custom shape orders?

A: Custom color MOQ starts at 2000 pcs; new custom shape requires negotiated MOQ.

Q23: Do you accept small trial orders for first cooperation?

A: We support reasonable trial orders for new partners to test the market.

Q24: Do you provide volume tiered discount for large orders?

A: Yes. Better unit price will be offered for higher order quantities.

Q25: What trade terms do you quote? FOB, CFR or CIF?

A: We normally quote FOB Shenzhen / FOB Dongguan. CFR and CIF terms are available upon request.
